Tricia Ross is a seasoned program manager, event coordinator, and military family advocate with over two decades of experience in education-focused initiatives and community engagement. With a career rooted in service, Tricia has empowered students and families through her work in college and career readiness programs, including teaching English Language Learner Courses, GED, and ASVAB courses to help students and service members reach their academic and professional goals. Her dedication to supporting transitions—whether from high school to college, military to civilian life, or one duty station to the next—has made her a trusted resource for military-connected communities.
Tricia’s commitment to military families extends into extensive volunteer leadership roles at various military installations worldwide. She has consistently driven impactful change from managing communication and logistics for USN/USMC Family Readiness programs to spearheading parent and school initiatives in California, Virginia, North Carolina, and Japan. Her leadership has resulted in increased parent involvement, successful grant-funded programs, and improved school safety and emergency readiness.
With a talent for building relationships and a deep passion for educational access and advocacy, Tricia continues to champion initiatives that uplift families and strengthen communities, particularly those connected to military life.
She currently resides in Florida with her husband, CDR Jeffrey Ross, NC, USN (Ret.), and their four children.
