Leslie Gould serves as the USAA Policy and Alliance Relationship Principal serving as a key influencer in a strategic, senior-level role focused on advancing the company’s mission of advocacy to serve the military community by managing key partnerships, advocating for policy and legislative changes, and fostering relationships with military communities and family networks. As the former Senior Executive (SES) of the Navy’s global shore enterprise, she oversaw Fleet and Family Readiness quality of life (QOL) programs for over 20 years, supporting a $4B portfolio inclusive of 184 programs and serving 380,000 active-duty Sailors and their families. Leslie has served as a trusted advisor on QOL services for the Navy Secretariat, Chief of Naval Operations, Congress, and senior military leaders. She brings deep expertise in policy development, strategic planning, financial management, and enterprise program execution, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence. Leslie was also a VP in Banking and leader of asset management for First National Bank and Trust as well as National Bank of Commerce prior to her Navy service. She is a military spouse of 23 years and is dedicated to changing and improving the lives of our veterans, active duty and their families.
