Jacey Eckhart

Advisory Council Member


Jacey Eckhart joined Partners in PROMISE in 2023.  As a writer and military sociologist, Jacey’s career has been focused on military families, spouses, and active duty members since 1996.  She is currently Transition Master Coach for Military.com’s Veteran Employment Project. She has helped more than 14,000 veterans and spouses find a great post-military job by decoding the mysteries of the civilian hiring process, sharing best strategies based on their career level, and developing their job hunt skills so they can contribute fully to the 21st century workplace.

Jacey has been featured as a military family subject matter expert by the New York Times, NBC Dateline, MSNBC, CBS Morning News, CNN, NPR, the Washington Post, the Washington Times, Woman’s Day magazine and many others. She is a member of the American Sociological Association and holds coaching certificates from the Professional Association of Career Coaches and the American Society for Training and Developing. 

In addition to being the mother of son on the autism spectrum, she is an Air Force brat, a Navy wife and Army mom who has a soft place in her heart for all those who served and the people who love them.
