Brad Tsai
Board Treasurer
Brad Tsai is an entrepreneur, investor, and technology executive currently serving as CEO and co-founder of WhatBench, a software company focused on analytics and AI solutions. Most recently, Brad served as an early investor and board member of UC Innovation, a software company supporting foundations and nonprofit organizations, prior to the company’s acquisition. Previously, he co-founded Envisage Solutions, a U.S.-based technology consulting firm that later merged with hiSoft and became part of a publicly traded company. Brad holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
Brad previously served as a volunteer CASA Advocate in Los Angeles, supporting children in the dependency system by acting as a trained advocate on their behalf.
Introduced to Partners in PROMISE through mutual friends, Brad is honored to contribute his civilian and technology expertise to support the organization’s mission and help expand its impact on behalf of military-connected children and families.
