Brad Tsai

Brad is an entrepreneur and investor and currently is the CEO & co-founder of WhatBench, a software company focusing on analytics and AI solutions. Brad is also on the Board of UC Innovation, a CRM software & consulting company building Advancement and Constituent Engagement solutions for Higher Education and Nonprofit clients. Previously Brad co-founded Envisage Solutions, a US consultancy that merged with hiSoft and listed on the NASDAQ exchange. Brad graduated from the University of Southern California, with a B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems.
Brad previously served as a volunteer CASA Advocate in Los Angeles (CASA improves the lives of children in the dependency system by pairing them with trained volunteer advocates). He was introduced to Partners in PROMISE through mutual friends and is excited and honored to offer his civilian expertise to help Partners in PROMISE realize their mission.
