A Civilian Special Education Attorney and a Civilian Special Education Advocate are located with the Legal Assistance Departments at the Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Mid-Atlantic onboard Naval Station Norfolk, and RLSO Southwest onboard Naval Base San Diego.
