We previously reported that organizations may be able to increase customer satisfaction by better understanding customer needs and Page 18 GAO-18-348 Military Personnel organizing services around those needs.33 This survey is one of the primary ways Marine Corps headquarters measures customer satisfaction with family support services at installations worldwide. Marine Corps officials also said this survey helps ensure its EFMP is based on the current needs of families with special needs.”
