Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director (ED) and COO, the Development Director (Director) will spearhead development efforts as PiP continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the Director will have the opportunity to build the development function.
Because PiP is an evolving organization we would like for you to write your own job description. What are your strengths? Are you a subject matter expert in a special education-related field? Are you interested in direct advocacy? Supporting other EFMP families? Public relations? Social media? Hosting events? Fundraising? We are in need of help in all these areas.
Together we will draft your job description and responsibilities so together we can work to achieve our mission “to Protect the Rights Of Military Children In Special Education through educating and advising the legislative agendas of military service organizations and public officials.”
Partners in PROMISE serves as a liaison between EFMP military families, military service organizations and public officials, removing educational hurdles placed before military families with exceptional needs children.
